Rented an electric wheelchair for a week from Falcon. Highly recommended. Very helpful people. Wheelchair quality was excellent. Tyre's were new and all 7 days were made wonderful as I was mobile all the time. Enjoyed Dubai more due to fully mobility. Wheelchair folds easily and fits in trunk of taxi making you fully mobile. I cannot recommend Falcon Mobility enough. I needed a mobility scooter for my father at short notice. The representative I initially spoke to was informative and responsive taking away the stress I had. On arrival in Dubai a second representative promptly arrived at my hotel with not one but three scooters to try. He was very patient with my father allowing him to sit on each and try them out. After selecting they checked in within couple days which I really appreciated. In all great product and service.
