Rented an electric wheelchair for a week from Falcon. Highly recommended. Very helpful people. Wheelchair quality was excellent. Tyre's were new and all 7 days were made wonderful as I was mobile all the time. Enjoyed Dubai more due to fully mobility. Wheelchair folds easily and fits in trunk of taxi making you fully mobile. I had a smooth experience renting a wheelchair from Falcon Mobility, the wheelchair looks brand new and easy to use. Ms. Ressa was very approachable and accommodating with all my inquiries. However, on the day of delivery, the driver brought a wrong item, which delayed my schedule by an hour. Other than that, everything else went really well and the overall experience was good. Would recommend them
